Deposit: a £3,499 hold on your card per robot, placed 1–2 days before handover and released after a clean return. It is not a charge.

A robot is based in London, so delivery and setup are included across Greater London — the City, Canary Wharf, Westminster and the West End, Shoreditch, King's Cross, Battersea, ExCeL London in the Royal Docks and Olympia in Kensington. For the Home Counties, Birmingham, Manchester or elsewhere in the UK, ask us before you book.

How booking works
- Pick your dates, service and number of robots on our booking page and pay the rental online. You see the full price before you pay.
- 1–2 days before handover we place the deposit hold on the same card.
- We deliver to your venue, set up and train your team — or our operator runs the show. We collect afterwards and release the hold.
Book 1–3 robots online. For 4 or more robots, or a multi-day expo, talk to us for a quote.
