You pay per day, and the rate is the same whichever robot you choose — it only depends on the service and how many days you book. Every charge below appears in your quote before you pay.

- Delivery, collection, setup, training and 24/7 support. If your venue is outside our main metro areas, operator travel may be quoted separately — ask us before you book.
- Deposit hold — US$3,499
- A hold on your card 1–2 days before handover — not a charge. Released after the robot is back undamaged. It's also the most you'll ever pay for damage.
- Weekend charge (only if your dates include a Sat or Sun)
- Charged once per booking: US$99 on Self-Service (weekend delivery/collection), US$259 on Full-Service (weekend operator).

Self-Service for 3 days, Tuesday to Thursday: 3 × US$449 = US$1,347. You pay US$1,347 when you book. The US$3,499 deposit is a hold on your card before handover — not a charge — released after the robot is collected.
