Prices exclude 15% GST, which is added at checkout on the rental, weekend charge and extras — never on the deposit.
Weekend charge, once per booking if your dates include a Saturday or Sunday: NZ$149 Self-Service, NZ$459 operated.
Deposit: a NZ$4,499 hold on your card per robot, placed 1–2 days before handover and released after a clean return. It is not a charge.
Where we deliver in Auckland
Tempo Robots is headquartered in Auckland, so delivery and setup are included across the city — the CBD, Viaduct Harbour and Wynyard Quarter, Parnell, Newmarket, Ponsonby, Greenlane and Auckland Showgrounds, the North Shore, West Auckland and Manukau. Robots are also based in Wellington. For Hamilton, Tauranga, Whangārei or elsewhere in the North Island, ask us before you book.

The robot
How booking works
- Pick your dates, service and number of robots on our booking page and pay the rental online. You get a quote with GST before you pay.
- 1–2 days before handover we place the deposit hold on the same card.
- We deliver to your venue, set up and train your team — or our operator runs the show. We collect afterwards and release the hold.
Book 1–3 robots online. For 4 or more robots, or a multi-day expo, talk to us for a quote.
